The Start Line of your event

Pacers can start either at the TOP or THE BOTTOM of The Bump Track. They must carry a High VIS Vest just like you.

You can not transfer between runners. Transfers closed three weeks before the event. We close transfers before the event to give the GPS Tracker Company enough time to match the trackers to each BIB and barcode. GPS tracker and Timing Companies are two different companies and the data must be correct on both items. This takes time.

We do not offer deferrals for any reason other than to those runners who volunteer at our event. If you'd like to Volunteer and receive a deferral send us an email with the subject "Become a Legend" and we will find a job for you. Please give us enough time to find a role for you. Be aware it is a busy time for us.

If you'd like to apply for a refund through Refund Protect, jump onto your entry profile, click on your order, at the bottom of the order is a direct link to your Refund Protect Claim Form, carefully ready their terms and conditions before making a claim to make sure you give the correct information. You have 6 weeks until after your event to make a claim.

Race Pack Collection
Adventure Equipment Australia
Monday 29th August until Friday 1st September Store hours 09:00am - 5:00pm
If you miss your flight or your flight is canceled, or you can’t make it to Adventure Equipment Australia we will take your race pack to the start line for you.

Drop Bag - Finish Line Bag - Drop Off
Drop your drop bag at the start line of your chosen event.
CPTU120, CPTU40 Crystal Cascades Cut off 04:00 am 1 hour before race Starts.
CPTU20, CPTU80 Runners MUST have their drop bags/finish line bags at CP2 Kamerunga your Start line by 06:00am to make the deadline.
Drop bags are available at CP2, CP3, CP4, CP5
We will do our best to return drop bags regularly throughout the event, however we anticipate they will be returned at PDSLSC by 10:00am Sunday, finish of Presentations
Collect your drop bag at PDSLSC - CPTU Finish Line before 15:00pm Sunday.

GPS Tracker Collection - GPS Tracker Timing Foot Pod Return
Collect GPS Tracker at the start line of the CPTU40, CPTU120, CPTU80 and CPTU20 for those runners who have ordered them.
Allow for 90 Minutes to do this
Return your GPS tracker at your finish line of your event. Failure to do so will result in a $300.00 charge
Collect your Onetime Foot Pod with your race bib, this will be part of your race pack.
Clip this to your shoe.
Once you finish your event please return the Onetime Foot Pod at the Finish Line. Failure to do so will result in a $70.00 Fee.

Pacers
You can collect your pacer bib when you pick up your race pack and have your receipt ready.
Pacers are highly recommend from dusk onwards due to crocodiles in the area. You are allowed to have a pacer with you before dusk if you wish.
