Presentations
Presentations will be held at 4 Mile Beach in Port Douglas between 10am and 11am.
Please come along and celebrate with our podium winners and cheer in the CPTU10 Beach Smash Runners and the CPTU80 and CPTU120 ultra legends who will be racing to make the cut off for their races.
Registration - Race Pack Pick Up- Safety Briefing
Race registration, race pack pick up will be on Friday the 20th of August for the CPTU120, CPTU80, CPTU40, CPTU20 and CPTU10 Beach Smash.
To help us with our organisation of the event, we will be encouraging you so come to our rego and pick up your race packs. In the event of a late flight or you are unable to make it to the registration you can arrange for your pack to be collected for you by a friend.
Our event Safety Briefing will be on at 18:00pm that evening. It is important that everyone either attends the briefing or listens to the briefing online as this is when we will notify you of any changes to the event.
CPTU10 Beach Smash race packs will also be available from our Start/ Finish Line at 4 Mile Beach at Port Douglas.
Late Entries - No Refund Given
Late Entries open between on the Thursday 1st July 00:00:00am and close on the Friday the 13th of August 11:59:00pm.
No Refunds are given.
Transfers Open
Transfers Open, you can now transfer your entry to another competitor for an admin fee of $75.00. You can transfer entry between the 1st of May until the 30th of July 11:59:00pm.
Standard Entries - 25% Refund
Standard Entries Open on the 1st of May 2021 at 00:00:00am and will close on the 30th of June at 11:59:00pm. 25% Refund is also given between these dates.
Early Bird Entries - 50% Refund
Early Bird Entries are between 17th March until the 30th of April 11:59:00pm.
50% Refund Finishes, Friday the 30th April 11:59pm.
Individually Named Race Bibs Ordered
Enter Between the 17th March and the 15th of July and guarantee your name on your race bib. Stay tuned for the Cairns Port Douglas Trail Ultra race bib designs for each event.
